If there is one thing that sums up Inteletry, it is talent. We believe that we have the best team of consultants working in the ININ community. We do this by providing what we think is the best place for bright, ambitious consultants to work and prosper. As a small company with a single point of focus and an entrepreneur spirit we can offer a depth of knowledge and excellent service that you just won’t find elsewhere. The majority of our team has worked at one time for ININ or a major ININ reseller. Ask around and you will find that many talented ININ people hope to work as a consultant for a company like Inteletry someday.
Vic started Inteletry LLC and became a consultant in 2001 after working for Interactive Intelligence for three-and-a-half years. His background includes network engineering and has been in IT for almost 25 years now. While at ININ he worked in the PSO flying around the country doing installs, development and troubleshooting. He also worked for Support as a specialist in reporting. He wrote the first complete version of the CIC Data Dictionary—literally documenting every table, field and report in the system. After starting Inteletry he had the good fortune to work with many large clients learning a lot about large scale deployments and how to help companies survive them through good process, documentation and procedures. He admits to being a geek and his favorite thing to do is to write handlers.
“I think I am most skilled at matching up what a business needs to get from their system to what the system can do. I’m also really enjoying developing Inteletry as a business and working with a team of great people.” — Vic Cooper
Cathy Connors has the rare talent of being very technical and detail oriented while also being very good at listening to what clients need and helping them get there. She likes documenting, developing procedures and working with people. She can write a handler one moment, troubleshoot Dialer the next, manage a project plan and follow up with helping a team deal with interpersonal issues.
“I highly recommend Cathy Connors. I especially like that she always does what she says she is going to do. I always enjoy working with her and all our clients say to me, ‘Vic, you are great, but can we get Cathy back here?’” — Vic Cooper
Steve’s reputation is probably is his greatest asset. He brings professionalism and easy going focus that makes him a joy to work with. He has an inside track to the entire ININ organization and a personal relationship with most of the sales force. He knows resellers, engineers, project managers and on and on. If business is built on relationships he has the foundation down. As an engagement manager he knows how to get a project started, keep it on track, and bring it to the finish line. Steve started working with the ININ product at version 1.2 where he was Operations Manager for a reseller. Prior to that, he gained telecommunications experience at corporations like EDS and Cisco. He’s also recently started a blog site that focuses on current ININ happenings and has a goal to build a broad readership that could exchange ideas and experiences with the ININ suite of products. Inteletry works with him hand in hand in that endeavor providing content and experiences to share. We are pretty excited to say the least to have someone of his caliber join our team.
Joel is the kind of bright, talented, and motivated guy that every technical organization needs. He enjoys the ins and outs of IP and thinks routers are cool. He works long and hard to fix problems and is open to learning everything he can. He is a real expert at becoming an expert. He recently spent 8 weeks in India getting his Cisco certification as a CCNA and Microsoft Certification as a MSCE. Joel cut his teeth in this industry as a CIC administrator for a major (at the time) mortgage institution, Aegis Mortgage, and focused on their 300 seat outbound call center. He has since worked for a longtime ININ partner and was with a large ININ customer, Think Cash as his last employer. Beyond his already solid engineering skills, we think he has the makings of a first class consultant.
Ryan has been a behind the scenes resource at Inteletry for many years now. Now working as a Senior Sales Engineer at Salesforce.com he still moonlights from time to time for us when we have an interesting project for him. During the past 16 years he has been involved in various system engineering, sales, and management roles around database, application programming, networking, IP Telephony / VoIP, and contact centers. Until last year he worked for ININ, as a Pre-Sales Application Engineer delivering strategic presentations to decision makers, influencers, and C-level executives. Prior to Interactive Intelligence, he ran IT departments in Financial and outsource telemarketing call centers.
Andy is another contract resource we work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what you can and cannot do with ININ product line including the arcane world of IceLib (the custom API for xIC). Andy just recently founded his own consulting and professional services company, Interactive Engineering Consortium, LLC, and we are proud to partner with IEC and offer his services to our clients.
Andy has been working with ININ technology since April of 1998. He initially began his journey with ININ with one of the early adopting Gold Partners. Eventually, he moved over to work in the Professional Services Organization at ININ for five years. After that he became a sales engineer for Messaging Interaction Center and then onto a more general Sales Engineering role, supporting all of their products.
“Over my tenure with Interactive Intelligence, I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best and brightest technical minds. It has been my privilege to participate in the evolution of some of the most powerful communications based technology in the market today, and to work with the best of the best when it comes to designing and implementing these solutions.” — Andy Gunther
